Under what conditions can Hunter Nature caravan models be used?

All our models are designed for off-road conditions. It can be used safely in all seasons in difficult terrain and weather conditions.

Which equipment is offered as standard in your caravan models?

Standard packages include interior kitchen, gas detector and connection equipment, interior bathroom, water pump, clean and grey water tanks, cigarette lighter and USB ports, control panel, insulation, storage compartments, windows, dining table that converts into a bed, brake system, off-road tires, top-up sunroof, outriggers, interior-exterior LED lighting, suspension system, stop lamps, illuminated license plate holder, artificial leather interior wall covering, interior upholstery color/cushion color, roof tent, exterior water outlet. The equipment details of each model are detailed on the product pages. The NTR2X, NTR3X and NTR4X can be customized with the customer's preferred options, while on the NTR5X most optional items are available in the standard package.

What do the optional packages include?

Optional packages include extra comfort and performance enhancing equipment such as solar energy panels and charging unit, safety equipment, heating-cooling, WC, kitchen and exterior accessories.

Are your caravans towed caravans or motorized caravans?

The Hunter Nature product range currently consists exclusively of towing caravans.

With which driver's license can caravans be towed?

O1 class light caravans such as the NTR2X can be towed with a class B license. For larger models such as NTR3X, NTR4X and NTR5X, an assessment should be made according to the vehicle license.

How long is the delivery time after the caravan is purchased?

Delivery time varies according to stock availability and customization options of the model. It is between 6-12 weeks on average.

How does the procurement process work?

After selecting the model you are interested in, the contract and prepayment procedures are completed. Then the production and delivery process begins.

Are your caravans guaranteed?

Yes, all our caravans are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing and material defects.

Do you provide spare parts and service?

We provide spare parts and technical service for all our caravans. If you wish, you can get support from our service points or our head office.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, we have delivery and dealership services abroad, especially in Europe.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you can pay by credit card. Please contact us for advance and installment payment options.

What is the maintenance requirement for caravans?

General maintenance is recommended at least once a year. The water system, wheels, brake system and electrical system should be checked regularly.

May I visit your showroom?

Of course! You can visit our production facility and showroom in Başiskele, Kocaeli at any time during the week and on weekends by appointment.

Do you franchise?

Yes, we are. We are evaluating dealership applications for abroad. Please contact us for application form and details.

Do you have a caravan rental service?

Currently, we are only engaged in production and sales. We do not have rental service.

Do you buy or sell second hand caravans?

No, we don't buy and sell second-hand caravans.
